The Isle of Wight and Seaview can be reached from the mainland by the car-ferry services from Portsmouth, Southampton or Lymington, the Hovercraft from Southsea (only 10 mins!) or the high-speed catamaran services from Portsmouth or Southampton. Sea View Yacht Club can arrange local taxi services from each ferry port to Seaview.

There is a wide variety of accommodation available to charterers staying locally in Seaview, ranging from more luxurious hotels to accommodation that would suit the budget-conscious sailor.  There is also a network of good B&B’s and a choice of short-stay self-catering accommodation.
