catering and bar services

Members of Sea View Yacht Club are discerning when it comes to food and drink and anticipate that their guests will have similar tastes!

The Club can cater for up to 200 guests.  We offer a comprehensive range of in-house catering, ranging from full English breakfasts, informal lunches, through to sunset BBQ’s, light suppers or more formal dinners. The Club’s chef and his team are committed, wherever possible, to using local produce in the preparation of the meals, notably, of course, the excellent seafood that is caught around the Island.

Meals may be taken in one of the two dining areas in the clubhouse. In the usually fine summer months, the deck is a popular venue for charterers to enjoy their lunch or dinner overlooking the Mermaids on their moorings.

Charterers have the choice of two bar areas:  a cosy downstairs maritime bar or the upstairs ‘Mermaid Room’ offering more formal surroundings which open directly on to the viewing deck.

Charterers will be offered sample menus and our wine list to assist with planning your event. Alternatively, our chef will be happy to listen to your specific requests.
